Remote support software download

By clicking the links below you can download the application used for remote support. For Windows Vista you shuld use the version 2009. We advise to select the desktop as a download target. This way you will be albe to run the application easily during further remote repairs.

After running this program and selecting a service point to help our technician can login to your computer remotley over the Internet. During connection you will be able to watch the repair process through your monitor.

The technician will disconnect from your computer when he has finished fixing your system. After logout PcVilag.hu will not be able to connect to your computer, because the connection is initiated by the client with the selection of the service point in the software.

Please contact us before runing the software and selecting a remote service point.
